If this is the continuous output of your handheld shots with 400mm lens and TC, I have a question - how firm and long can you hold your breath while pressing the shutter button?

On the other hand, just wish to know what part of the bird do you focus on while freezing.
The eyes can take in a bit more sharpness, I guess. If this is the continuous output of your handheld shots with 400mm lens and TC, I have a question - how firm and long can you hold your breath while pressing the shutter button?
Krish, Canon made this lens for hand holding(1.5kg). As a matter of fact, this lens weighs a little less than half the weight of the Canon 100-400F 4.5-5.6L(3kg)
I saw Adisesha's 100-400 and he handheld all photographs in Purbasthali with ease.
